I am extremely guilty of spending the majority of my free time on Pinterest. It is so addicting and has me planning everything from tonight's dinner to what my future house will look like. And yes, my boyfriend and family do think I'm crazy because of this. But it's super useful - especially for us beauty and fashion Chicks who are always looking for Pinspiration, like new spring trends!

Lately I've been pinning a lot of make up ideas straight off the Spring 2014 runways, and I can't help but notice all the shades of purple. Now, I'm not complaining because purple just happens to be this Chicks favorite colour. With some easy online shopping... oops I mean research at Sephora, I found the collaboration of Sephora and Pantone Universe Artistry Se t which features makeup in the shades of 2014 colour of the year Radiant Orchid. The purple trend is starting to make a lot more sense now!

Here are a few of my favorite Radiant Orchid runway looks from Spring 2014 runways and of course some of my own Pinspiration:

Eyes

Radiant Orchid brightens up the eyes and also adds some much needed colour for spring. The light purple shades keep this look fresh and easy to wear.

Lips

It takes some guts to wear purple lipstick and rock it! These runway looks show various shades; for those Chicks who love experimenting with new lip colour and those who are more into the subtle shades.
