Aa the name suggests, its cooling Crystals make your mouth fresh for the whole day. Its blue gel consistency. I use it regularly and never had any gums problem. Good for price. I would definitely recommend it.

I used it to makemy teeth whiter and instead I received bleeding gums and really sore spots in my mouth, do not use if you have sensitive skin/gums/teeth, however itdid slightly work by making my teeth slightly whiter, I don't think it is worth it though.
Just recently had had my wisdom teeth grow in at 24 years old oddly enough, and it cause major pain and swelling in my gums..this mouthwash was a godsend, its kept the swelling down and the pain down as well!
