I tried it both chilled and at room temp, and although it is much better chilled, I did enjoy it at room temp.
Although it is not a meal replacement, one thing I did like about it is that it is only 2 weight watcher points for the whole carton, which is a great between meal snack

I was not impressed with this product at all! I found the directions wordy, confusing and poor choice of packaging. The packages aren’t re-sealable so must of the product ended up on everything once the package was opened. One time use packages... +

My partner used this all winter, with no issues. Kept his hair clean, dandruff free, and smelt nice also. The creamy 2 in 1 shampoo/conditioner was great on his hair and kept it soft and touchable.
