I'll preface this by saying I take cold showers so the effects may vary.

5/5 for Potency
I used a very small dollop of shampoo, and despite the small amount it and with great easy turned into a nice lather. After a quick rinse, my hair was clean feeling. This definitely has great concentration and thus a great value.

4/5 for Scent:
As most AXE products, this shampoo has a very noticeable and fragrant scent. It reminds me of something burly with a hint of sweetness. Might conflict with certain colognes as it is quite potent.

I really liked this shampoo - the smell of coconut and sandwood really balanced well in my opinion. The look and feel of the liquid was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase this or one of the dandruff shampoos in the future.

Very effective and smells great. I like the effectiveness of this shampoo, it really make my hair fuller and thicker adding volume and making it easy to style. It lathers well and just a dollop does the job.

This stuff smells great! I like that it lathers really well and it definitely made my hair seem thicker and have more volume. My hair also feels really clean after using this. I also really like the ergonomic design of the bottle itself.

AXE Urban Thickening Style Prep Shampoo is great! I did find it made my hair feel thicker than when I use my other shampoos and prepped my hair nicely for styling. I really enjoy the scent as well!

This shampoo smells really nice and seems to get rid of excess oils and dirt from my hair. In terms of the thickening aspect, more time is needed to see it's effects but I found that this shampoo did improve the consistency of my hair so that's it is more prepared for styling which I do daily. Overall a great shampoo for men and is something I would recommend to another person.In terms of the price, it is cheaper than some other alternatives so I believe it does have better value as well.
