The bristles on this toothbrush are really soft, and in the middle it has these rubber bristles. I feel like this toothbrush is really cleaning my teeth without damaging my enamel further. I was really unhappy with the free toothbrushes I would get from my dentist every cleaning. They were really hard and would hurt my gums. I'm glad I bought this one, I didn't know I could actually love a toothbrush!
