I was excited to try this toothpaste at first because the brand is very recognizable. However, when I first tried it, I wasn't impressed. I tried it first with a little bit of the toothpaste and I got no lather.. it couldn't even brush half my mouth with a good lather. So I tried again with even more toothpaste on my brush. I still can't seem to do it right.. it never foams up or gives me a minty breath afterwards. The mouth wash is very helpful since I like that clean minty feeling afterwards. I would not recommend this toothpaste though.

I started using this product with my kids. They have been to the dentist since I started using it and they were both told to keep using this product. The dentist was happy with there results

I also received this as part of the product review club. It's about average in my opinion. I've been using Crest Pro Health toothpastes for a while now so I have certain expectations, you know?

This one was ok, but I was a little disappointed at the lack of "grit" it had. Past tubes had this grit like stuff that really scrubbed your teeth and made it feel like you were just at the dentist. This one didn't do that, and didn't have a really amazing or long-lasting flavour for me.

Overall not a bad toothpaste, but nothing to blow your mind, either.

The crest pro-health profresh toothpaste is amazing! Taste great, and leaves the tingly clean feeling afterwards. I defiantly found my new favorite toothpaste.

I like the way it feels on my teeth, my teeth are sensitive and this helps. The taste is not bad either.

I received this toothpast as a participant in the product review club and have been using it for about a week. The quality of the paste is very similar to my previous brand as I was already using crest, just not the pro health. The one advantage it has is that so far, my top is still clean as the spout is different and it does not create a mess when using it. The "tongue taste" was good and left a clean feeling in my mouth for a while afterwards which was noticable.

This toothpaste is great. It works nice in your mouth, not too strong. It gives you a good feeling. The mouthwash has a great taste and keeps you feeling fresh for a long while!

To be honest I thought most toothpastes were pretty much the same. That said, after nearly a week of using this one (which I was given to review through ChickAdvisor's Review Program) I was wrong. I'm sorry to say but I really did not like this one and wouldn't recommend to a friend. Here's why:

First impression - It looks on the outside like any of the brand name toothpastes. The nice square, short box that usually comes with the ones with a good click cap. It has that - that I love as my significant other regularly scolds me for leaving the cap off...it's much harder to do that when attached (although still possible) ;) But that's about where my love for this product stopped.

On the brush, all looked good still. But as soon as I put it near my face, my eyes watered. Then I put it in my mouth and I almost spit it back out. I got more accustomed to the smell and taste as the week went on but I still am not a fan. It's very strong smelling and tasting - and if I gave a really good brush, it even burned after use.

There was no nice foamy lather either, which I like in a toothpaste. I find if there is a lather I feel like I'm getting a better clean. With this, no lather at all and around 30s of brushing I didn't even know if there was any paste left and the brush didn't move well anymore.

As for fresh breath, I really didn't notice any difference from my usual toothpaste (which is a whitening one with no specific calm to remarkably fresher breath).

Hate to say it, but this one missed the boat for me and I've actually switched back to my normal toothpaste. That said, check out my other reviews of the Crest Pro-Health line - the brush = holy wow, like being at the dentist, the wash = no alcohol! (I think they put it in the paste ;))

I received this toothpaste free to review as part of the chickavisor review club! Thanks Chickadvisor.
I really liked this product. It had a great taste and texture, which is important to me when buying toothpaste. I believe it performed well overall and definitely lived up to it's advertisements. I usually buy optic white but I think I'll be making a switch!

    Horrible. Just horrible.
After receiving this in the mail, I tried it immediately because the packaging gave the impression of it being better than the "regular" tooth paste to me. I used it the first time to find grit in it. I pondered the reason why my teeth would need to be cleaned with a... a tooth scrub...but I shruged it off. Maybe to lift surface stains? The grit in it felt like sand to me almost. Two weeks into use I'm brushing them one morning and ALL my teeth get this intense lightening pain across them that just wouldn't stop. Shortly followed by a filling comming out. They burned 24/7. I am positive I scrubbed my enamel away with this product. I had to go online and buy a $20 flouride treatment to ease my sensitive teeth some. This could be something that I only experienced but in my opinion it's honestly not worth it.
