bread mould

We like this Brand & even though it is more expensive, we stayed with them.
However, back in June 2022 we experienced a Large Patch of Mould on top of a FRESH Bread hidden by the Printed Label on the Bag. I contacted them & offered them the Loaf of Bread but they Declined. Not NEEDED! We FROZE the Loaf. I have since contacted them several times for reimbursement & was supposed to receive something. Over two weeks ago, I contacted them & was told that the Department looking after that was being REORGANIZED. I guess customer satisfaction is not a PRIORITY with this company!

Even though this is not the best recommendation the bread tastes pretty good. But I have to wonder what is in to keep it fresh for SO long. 3 weekend still soft and fluffy. There is something funny going on here. Bread should not naturally last that long!
