Helped me become less irritated.

Hi all,
I tried this product upon the recommendation of a friend. She suggested I try it because I was very anxious during my school exams and irritated throughout the day. I usually take one shot mixed with water in a 2.2 L jug and drink it throughout the day. It has really helped me with being calm, less anxious and irritated. I would recommend it and I hope that it helps you as well.
