PowerBar Delivers Again

Even though I am not a big fan of anything Lemon this bar wasn't too bad. It gave me a quick pick me up without the added worry about sugar. While priced above a regular energy bar which is disappointing I would definitely buy again if it were on sale.

I just can't get behind these

I use protein bars on a regular basis, so receiving these free for reviewing purposes was something I was really excited about. Was... Until I had one. I'm not going to say it was absolutely horrible, but the taste just wasn't there. I was not only the taste though, it was a textural thing too. For me this just isn't one I would add to the ones I use. I would not recommend.

What a Great Workout

Recently I received my free PowerBar Protein Plus Reduced Sugar In Lemon Poppy Seed and Creamy Chocolate Peanut Butter.
Oh WOW what great flavor, are you sure they are sugar reduced LOL I have to admit the Lemon Poppy Seed Protein Bars were my favorite, I felt like I had more energy after eating one and oh the flavor just kept me so happy that I found I had so much energy even my workouts were enjoyable instead of putting it off like usual, I was spending more time working out. My friends even noticed and yes I sort of shared one with my best friend who I know has since bought some.

Not the best tasting

I didn't like the taste of this protein bar, it had a chalky taste and consistency.The nutritional value was excellent but I just couldn't get past the flavour.

Great afternoon boost

#gotitfree!! This lemon poppyseed power bar was so good. It was full of taste, light in the stomach, has nice packaging and I went out when. My samples were done and bought a box, I will for sure recommend these to anyone, they are so easy to eat on the go.

Wasn't one of my favourites

Having tried other power bars, this one was not a wow factor for me. I like crunchy power bars rather than smooth type. It will definitely do in a pinch if my other go to power bars aren't available.

High quality PowerBar product

This PowerBar product is, in my mind, the best one offered yet. It is packed with essential nutrients and the protein content is appreciated as most competitor bars fall short in protein content versus sugar content. The lemon poppy seed flavor is refreshing and different from what is typically offered in this product type. I found the taste appealing and satisfying overall. The ingredients seem to be of high quality and the bar's texture is consistent and smooth. Would use on a regular basis as an exercise snack!

Deliciously healthy

Loved the refreshing taste of this healthy bar. Did not expect a protein bar to have such a good taste on eating. I will definitely purchase this on a regular basis.

Not a Fan

I received the PowerBar ProteinPlus Reduced Sugar Lemon Poppy Seed free as part of the ChickAdvisor program. I am not a fan of poppy seed and this bar did absolutely nothing to change my feelings about poppy seed. The texture of the bar left a lot to be desired and I could not get past the flavour. I will not buy this product.

I got the product for free and when i tasted it wow it was one of the best flavours ive ever tried and tasted. It tastes like lemon and those poppy seeds gave it a twist. I will recommend this to my friends for sure and will ask my mom to buy it at the grocery store
