It's always best to wash your hands with soap & water when you can, but if you are in a spot where you can't Purell Aloe Hand Sanitizer is a great alternative. It smells decent & not sticky. However to much use will dry your hands out.

This is a great, classic hand sanitizer. This aloe version has a fresh scent which I find refreshing. The sanitizer does a good job of disinfecting hands without making them feel sticky and it absorbs very quickly. I always keep a bottle on my desk at work as well as at home.
