Reminds me of kombucha

The Rock Creek Cider is dry - so it's not sweet and has enough bubbles. The taste reminds me of kumbucha. If you like kombucha like me, you'll like this cider. It'll go nice with a light fish or seafood dish, Chinese hotpot or Japanese shabushabu. Cheers!

Rock Creek Cidar Taste Test for a Cidar Lover

I really liked this cidar. It is not sweet, defiantly on the drier side. Perfect to drink instead of beer. 5.5% alcohol makes Mama a happy girl too. Over all happy with the value & taste.

Hard cider made by Big Rock Breweries in Calgary, Alberta. It is delightful and bubbly. It has a nice cinnamon spice which is uncommon to hard cider. Definitely something to try at your next party.
