Sensodyne is by far the best toothpaste for sensitive teeth. I soon regret buying other sensitive teeth toothpastes as they are not as effective. As for the whitening part, I can't say for sure; my teeth may be whiter but I wouldn't guarantee that but as far as working on tooth sensitivity, Sensodyne all the way.

I have very sensitive teeth, while using Sensodyne I barely notice it anymore. If I go without it I can definitely tell the difference. I'm starting to notice the whitening in my teeth and it's great!
