Although I have tried other methods to quit in the past with failure, I decided to give it a go this time with my free sample. Day 1 was a little iffy for me, as I was not keen on the flavour. Once I have put my mind over matter I forgot about the flavour. The urges became very faint through out my slow days at work, when I would usually smoke the most. Chewing the gum with proper direction it became very effective and has sincerely cut my smoke down to a bare minimum. -

I can't believe it actually lathered in my 4 day old hair with no problem. I was quite skeptical on a shampoo bar of soap to be honest. Not even my go to liquid shampoo makes a lather on the first wash. The overall feel and smell of my hair made me want to do the switch. The honey smell was my most favorite, quite different from my leading shampoo brands. I think the bar will actually last my more than 2 months due to I don't wash my hair frequently and for my medium short length, givin this it will save me lots of $$. -

I have not seen that Dove came put with a aluminum free deodorant. I love the Tea tree smell, oh so natural! I did find it did not last the 25 hr mark though, but was easily applied with no forceful application.
