There is no need to leave out to soften so this can be used right away. What's not to like about this product. -

I very much enjoy Crown Royal as a regular everyday whisky. The vanilla sounded promising but ended up falling flat. The vanilla flavor is muted by the whisky taste and even on the nose it is hardly detectable.
