Mmmm a holiday favourite!

I LOVE Ghirardelli chocolates, but they're actually quite difficult to find here in Canada. This is one of my holiday fav hot chocolates, and it's great when you added in mint flavouring, and REAL marshmallows (not the fake stuff). It's so creamy and luxurious! The 'double chocolate' makes it suuuuuper chocolately and it's quite the sugar rush! Yum! It's a must try!

I absolutely adore this hot chocolate powder from Ghirardelli - you mix it with hot-not boiling- water and you have a cup of a really rich tasting hot chocolate. Other hot chocolate powders end up tasting a little malty, but that's not the case with this brand. It's rich, strong and decadent.
