Yum yum!! I love Happy Planet products and particularly this one. The daily squeeze contains fruits and vegetables such as blackcurrant, beat and purple carrot, apples, coconut water, sweet potatoes, lemon juice and added vitamin C. It also contains 3 servings of fruits and veggies per 1 cup.

The calorie content is quite low at 90 calorie and for a cup. Zero fat and cholesterol. 19 grams of natural sugar but no added sugar. It has a nice strong taste of black currents, I can't really taste anything else in this juice and it's pretty sweet tasting as well.

I buy the 900ml for 6.99$ at Walmart and make sure you consume it within 5 days.
