    Fraud!!

    They automatically charge from your account and do not cancel too. Such a worst company with worst customer satisfaction.When asked to cancel the delivery since I am not in country, they said can give you a hold of delivery. Its too costly to be purchased for so little quantity of products.

    Customer service is the WORST

    I just read all these reviews and I wish I had read them BEFORE wasting my money. Just like most it is impossible to cancel your account and your only option is to pause orders. They also charged me a week before an now getting a refund is near impossible. I also finally found an actual phone number for them and thought I'd finally be able to speak directly to a person...nope...ot just tells your to email or contact through the chat and then hangs up on you. These guys are scammers and it is disgusting how they are ripping people off during these times of financial hardship. I will NEVER purchase from them again.

    They clearly lack confidence in their products.

    My first issue is that one of our cups arrived damaged and when I spoke to the customer service representative, they didn't offer to make it right. My 2nd bigger issue is in the billing. I see on my account that my next order is for Dec 8th, but they charged me today, Dec 2nd. I just received my order last night and didn't even have a chance to try them. When I asked for a refund on that amount and to be charged after we can try them and are set to order our favs, they refused. They said their policy is strict and they will not refund. Even if we try them and love the product, I would never give my money to a company that operates like this. If they were confident in their product, they wouldn't do business like this. Damaged product arrives and all they say is, we will let our packer know. Won't refund product they didn't ship. Terrible customer service. Proof of how their business is doing, in my opinion. Don't order from them, you will just regret it.

    Do not buy this product.
    I decided to try them out because the were offering half off. I was not impressed with the product. It's a lot of money for a little bit of fruit in a cup. The product was also not fresh like they claim. When I went to cancel a day after my first box arrived, I found it difficult to figure out how to cancel my subscription. I also found out that they had already billed me for the next delivery 7 days before it was set to be delivered. When I called customer service about this they said that they have to pre-package the items and for some reason they can't cancel my order because the items had already been packed but it has not been shipped. I use a lot of food delivery services and I have never experience one charging me before the item had even shipped. They refused to offer me a refund and cancel my order, but said that they could ship their subpar product to me on a different date. Now my freezer is going to be full of crappy smoothies I don't want.

    Save your money!

    Your items may arrive with broken lids, missing items, and a opened containers. The company would only credit $6.99 per cup towards your next order rather than sending you replacements or a refund. In a way to force you to continue ordering their small low quality delivered items. Disappointed and dissatisfied! Save your money and go with a different company.

    Absolute garbage and terrible customer service!

    Horrible. It’s just fruit in a cup and such a rip off! Just buy a bag of fruit at the grocery store lol
    Customer service is shit
    Continued to charge my card after cancelled and refused refund. The cost of this is a joke!

    Don’t your purchase from this company ever will steal your money and not refund and smoothies come rotten. The customer service is horrible they will not help you

    Beware this is a scam they won’t let you cancel

    I emailed support because I cannot find the info on their FAQ on how to cancel the subscription.
    I followed their instructions and I thought I was ok. But then again, I was charged again turned out my subscription was reactivated and not sure how. I logged in and cancel the subscription again yesterday. It looks like I have to cancel my credit card to stop my subscription from this scammers.

    Terrible scam

    I bought their subscription for a month to try and cancelled it.

    Back in august they sent me an email with a discount- I click the image in the email to check it.

    They ended up billing me and sending me a package cause turns out, by clicking that email image I got my account reactivated, and there was apparently fine print in the email saying so. This is extremly predatory and not a good business practice, fuck them.

    SCAMMERS

    On September 23rd, I saw an email from Revive Superfoods advertising that they were offering 40% off a new box of smoothies if you were interested in renewing your subscription. It was a big yellow button so I just had to push it. However, I had ordered from them a year prior and thought the smoothies were disgusting. I sent an email to them at that time requesting a refund or replacement but received no response. We were in the height of the pandemic so I gave them a pass and threw the items in the garbage. So, when I saw this email, I was cautiously optimistic and opened it anyway to possibly give them a second chance. But what was to follow made me wish I had chucked the emails straight into the trash, as well. I scrolled through the offerings but knew I was short on cash and nearing overdrawing my account so I was going to check back after payday. But, to my surprise, I was charged on September 25th, 2021 and my smoothies (that I did not get to choose and it would not let me adjust or choose) were coming on September 30th, 2021. I went back into my account and it didn't look too different than when I looked at it before. Then I checked my email.

    Apparently, in small font under the big yellow button, it said that if you click this button that it will reactivate your subscription.

    So, I called customer service and let them know I did not want this delivery, that I refuse the service. They are refusing to cancel the order or do anything to help me. They didn't even push the delivery date out so we can attempt to come up with a solution to this issue.

    I have gone back with them over and over again via email and calls. They are being inundated with negative reviews and have blocked me from commenting on Facebook and deleting all negative comments on all social media.

    Their deceptive marketing must STOP!
