    Awful customer service

    This company is not helpful at all and will never give you your money back. I was charged after being told it was canceled and I got in touch with them which is when they let me know they canceled the shipment and I could receive a store credit or another shipment date. I can not believe that they can not give me my money back even though the shipment has not let the store. They also make it extremely difficult to cancel or pause your account. BEWARE, they just want your money and do not care about the customers at all.

    I would get several of these smoothies again

    I do not like the mint smoothie. The seeds are very hard and hurt my teeth to eat. I will not get this one again. I absolutely love the morning mocha. It is refreshing and wakes me up.

    I doubled my order

    My husband and I have loved every smoothie we have tried. There is so much fruit and flavor in each one. After 2 weeks he has lost 5 pounds and I have lost 2. We are over 65 and wanting a light evening meal this is perfect.

    Great product!

    So there is another brand out there that is similar to this brand that is significantly more expensive, and after trying both, I would TOTALLY go with Revive over the other one any day. The depth of flavor in their cups is FAR beyond the other company, and the quality is just as high! Some of the flavors are not quite what they describe but everyone I have had I would eat again. Of course I have my favorites like Morning Mocha and the Artisan Bean & Tomato soup, both AMAZING!

    Time saver

    I would never buy all the ingredients that go into each smoothie, I’d be cutting things constantly and having to eat the same thing over and over before something went bad
    I figured it’s like the cost of a coffee but it’s a meal and you can add whatever you like and take out something you don’t , they’re pre prepared not pre made

    Terrible Experience!!

    I had a terrible experience with revive superfoods. Not only did they not send me 2 orders but they refused to refund me!! They woman I spoke with was rude and not willing to hear me out nor help me. Would not recommend.

    Nutritious and Delicious

    I absolutely love this company. It very well helped save my life when I was going through some major digestive issues. There were 3 weeks when I was having esophageal spasms so bad that I couldn’t swallow solid foods. I knew I needed to find good nutrition somewhere and when I stumbled across Revive I became super excited. All of their smoothies are gluten free and dairy free which helped eliminate many of my triggers and by the time I was able to get everything tested at my doctors my inflammation had gone down so much that they couldn’t find anything wrong! I was immediately able to go back to eating and have been doing much better ever since! I started sharing them with my husband as well and he absolutely loves the ones with coffee. He’s not much of a coffee drinker but the kick he gets from the caffeine mixed with the flavors of banana and chocolate helps him limit his Mountain Dew which is his usually go to for extra energy. Not to mention that the density of nutrients is WAY higher and fills him up to where he’s not as tempted to get fast food breakfast.

    I will never stop ordering from REVIVE SUPERFOODS!

    I love all of Revive Superfoods but I am a smoothie lover and their smoothies are so delicious and healthy! I used to eat small portions of processed foods and do my power walks three times a week for 20 minutes. I’ve been ordering from Revive for three months now every other week so far and still doing the same exercise routine and amazingly I am so happy to announce that I have actually lost 20 pounds!!! I’m not only shocked by the weight loss but with how much better I feel having more energy and better digestion. I’ve gotten All of that by just eating more fruits & veggies and I’m only 3 months in?!!

    Awful Money Hungry Company

    I made my order this last Monday it is now Friday, I received my order on Thursday, on Wednesday night without any email confirming another week of subscription or "hey would you like to change any smoothies" I was charged $62.91. I hadn't even received my order from this company yet when they decided to charge me for another order, aka I never even tried the subscription to decide if I wanted to follow through with it. I called (I'm not lying) 37 times and after 10 minutes of being hold was hung up on each time. I emailed about 4 times with no response. Finally, I got ahold of a live person on the chat. I than waited about 5 hours before someone emailed me regarding this, I had still yet to receive my order at this point but, again, was charged for my next order? I have been speaking to a man named Ryan that is extremely unhelpful. I told him I want a refund because I haven't even been given an opportunity to try this product. He said they can not do that, but they will push out my next order (?????) and give me 30 percent off my two following orders after that. Is this some sort of trap they think I'm an idiot? They didn't even care for my concern, they didn't even care that I didn't even get to try their products they are selling and promoting they literally just wanted my money. I have been going back and forth with this man for 2 days now and I'm not getting any help except him continuing to say he can not give me a refund and will give me 30 percent off of an order I don't even want. He told me that deliveries on Thursday to Sunday get charged Sunday, I said okay well my order was DELIVERED end of the day Thursday and I was charged Wednesday, he said well it was supposed to be delivered Wednesday we use a third party company so that is not our fault it was delayed. Well sir, nor is it mine and I am the customer.

    So, let me put this into another perspective, the same day I made this order the same day I decided I wanted to try and compare Daily Harvest Smoothie Subscription, I received that order on Wednesday morning, still not charged for the next week, upon receiving the order, it sadly had numerous broken cups in it, I messaged them and sent them the photos of my products that were sadly ruined, they replied INSTANTLY. They offered to send me another week of products for free AND a refund if I wanted as well as $20 for my next order IF I wanted to continue using them. How absolutely kind and great is that customer service? Also, their smoothies were MUCH better as far as ingredients and taste since two had survived the fall, I've found this companies make my stomach hurt and make me nauseous.

    So, I am now contacting my PayPal account which charged my checking account to cancel this and refund me since, 1. i haven't received the 2nd order, and 2. I was never given a notice email and 3. I do not want to EVER be a customer of this company again.

    So, I am hoping I can get my money back for an item I never received and hoping people read this to know they care about money, not their customers. Also, the price is better at Daily Harvest if you are still looking for a smoothie company.

    I had a terrible experience with this company.

    I cancelled my smoothie order and they still took my money. When I contacted them to let them know, they apologised, and said the would credit my account instead of a full refund. I agreed to this. A few minutes later I received an email asking me to disregard their previous email and I would not get the credit back. This is incredibly unfair and unprofessional. I am deeply unhappy.
