You turned a really good marketing tactic into an over complicated mess.
No, I don't need an extra card in my wallet.
No, I don't need an extra app on my phone.
No, I don't want to send you all my information and have you using everyone's cards to collect data about where people eat and how much they buy.
This used to be a very simple and fun game and it probably gained millions of new customers and re-engaged old ones.
Now I don't even care if it says roll up. It's not fun, there's no physical satisfaction, now it's just an extra step that helps Tim Hortons mine its customers for data.
I guess I could go to McDonalds, considering they now own/use your original coffee recipe and at least Monopoly has Peel and Reveal.

I love Tims and I love roll up the rim even more well did...this year absolutely sucked it was a disaster I miss out on so many rewards and rolls up because my phone had been stolen I don’t think you guys thought this through lots of people don’t have phones can’t afford or lose or break them and I couldn’t get my regular rewards because you guys couldn’t just keep the cups plus it’s not as ohone rolling a rim on your phone vs the real deal and what happens when the app fails or some with the app goes wrong because I know I’m not the only one who has this problem with the app GET RID OF THE MOBILE ROLL YOUR RIM!!!

I love roll up the rim when it’s going on. However I never actually win lol I think it’s just the excitement of possibly winning. I’ve never known someone personally to get a big prize but know lots that get coffee, donuts, etc

Always makes the morning coffee better when its roll up win season. Although ive never one any of the bigger prizes ill still participate and keep my fingers crossed.

Waste of money!

Half of the cups don't win! I love Timmie's but it gives me heartburn now which is unfortunate! At least country style their cups all win something at least!

I was so disappointed when this roll up the rim has rolled around again I buy a coffee every am and sometimes in the afternoon. I have been to several different Tim,s locations and not even a free cookie. That is terrible I can"t believe it for all the millions of dollars Tim"s makes they could have less PLAY AGAIN. And the bad part of it is I like their coffee.

I normally buy McDonalds coffee everyday, but have switched to Tim Hortons in hopes of winning roll up the rim. It upsets my stomach, costs more than McDonalds and I have only won two donuts in two weeks of buying a coffee per day and I don't eat donuts.

I have been playing roll up the rim online since it started and I think it's a scam, I have not won anything. We go to the and get our coffee like everyone and I have one coffee and one doughnut since it started, that's getting a coffee maybe 3 times a day. Would love to know if this is the same for most people or are there winners out there.

If I am going to go out for coffee, it might as well be fun, and there is nothing like roll up the win. Even if you don't win, you know you are going to come back. Great contest!
